Cool off with Ice Cream Cakes! (My bad-I never did take pictures), but let me tell you what I did... Peanut Butter Pandamonium: Golden Oreo cookie crust, PB Pandamonium Ice Cream (thank you Stewarts for coming up with such an amazing ice cream), peanut butter hot fudge sauce, more ice cream and lastly, more crushed Oreos-and of course-crushed peanut butter cups on top! It was definitely a hit among friends! Don't like Peanut Butter? How about a Mint Oreo cookie crust with mint chocolate chip ice cream-you get the idea! OR-Make your own-pick your favorite ice cream, and I'll do the rest!
I almost forgot- - - The 21+: Margarita Ice Cream Pie; pretzel crust is filled with a delicious, creamy vanilla ice cream, infused with tequila, grand marnier and fresh lime. Heavenly-but beware, it packs a punch! This is prepared in a smaller 9" pie plate, but could still serve 6-8 adults. $25.00
All ice cream cakes are prepared in a 9" springform pan; serves as little or as many 16... it all depends on how hot it is, and how much you want to keep for yourself! $25.00
