Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

This one came about by a special request; it was a good friend's birthday, something chocolate and peanut butter... after a quick google search, I came upon this recipe-with some rave online reviews, I decided to give it a shot. The outcome was unreal-an ultra moist chocolate cake with layers of peanut butter frosting (does fudge-like consistancy really do it justice?) topped with another layer of chocolate peanut butter ganache slowly drizzled over the entire thing. I literally stood back in amazement-this thing was awesome! Needless to say, it was well received by the birthday girl. It's on the pricey side for my cakes, but all I can say is it's very well worth it. Cut in very small slices, and chase it with lots of icey cold milk-you will not be disappointed!      Serves @ 16 people $40.00
