Lemon Coconut Cake



Three layers of light, moist white cake
with lemon curd between each.
Topped with seven-minute frosting and coconut.
Serves 10-12 $30

I had the coconut lemon cake this past weekend! A co-worker brought it to a small gathering. It is to die for!!! The "just right" combination of tart lemon filling was perfect. Very impressive! I wish you lot's of success!
